Returns

  • All sales are final. (Please make note of all measurements, weights and sizes we provide for each item, and how that measurement will translate within your space.)
  • No returned merchandise will be accepted without prior authorization.
  • If for some reason we do grant a discretionary return request, your return will be subject to restocking fees.
  • Restocking fees vary depending upon the condition of the item returned.  
  • Original and Return shipping costs are not refundable.  
  • We do not for any reason accept returns of or refund used merchandise.  
  • Any items returned without authorization may be refused by our staff.  
  • We insure packages against damage or loss for the full amount you pay for the order, excluding shipping costs. If you should receive an order in broken or damaged condition, please contact us immediately for instructions. Damage claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
  • We pack your orders with great care. In the event that a claim is made for damage to merchandise, the original packing material must be held for up to two weeks for inspection by the carrier.
  • We do not 'rent' our items for home staging or event purposes.
